Footers can be styled with the following code, for example (also found in the Booktype only CSS Panel):
#right-footer {
text-align: right;
}
#left-footer {
text-align: left;
}
It is possible to use other variables, as described in the wkhtmltopdf manual.
There has been error in communication with Booktype server. Not sure right now where is the problem.
